Foundations Of Early Childhood

This essay helps in understanding about the importance of the different approaches which could help in effectively working with the communities such Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. It includes information about managing the relationship within the families and community that could make impact on the development of children. Inclusive approaches are associated with the delivering the value to the learners while ensuring that every children or individual should be treated with dignity and respect (Al-Shammari, Faulkner & Forlin, 2019). Furthermore, this essay reflects upon implementing the inclusive approaches while considering the EYLF and NQF guidelines that could help in development of the community. NQF is explained as the National Quality Framework and ELYF is known as Early Years learning framework and such framework does aim towards delivering the quality education to children and provide them with the opportunities which are significant for their growth and development. Such framework is vital in influencing the outcomes of child education and help in delivering the quality education to children. This essay also focuses on understanding about the historical approaches which are utilized while working with families and communities, also identifying the impact of such approaches on the child development. The inclusive approaches are vital for the communities such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander which are marginalized and do face issue in its survival within the society (Lindner & Schwab, 2020).
 

Inclusive approaches are vital in understanding about the value of learning and do help in understanding about the historical approaches associated with childhood system in Australia. During the early years of early childhood learning, the development of the kindergarten is considered for delivering the learning. The First Kindergarten in Australia was opened in 1896 and it opened with aim of embracing the local community with learning and with start of such concept, the kindergarten movement has been emerged which lead to the development of Kindergarten Unions in Australia (Read, 2018). The development of Australian Association for Pre-School Child Development Committee which aimed towards managing the balance among the learning of students while ensuring the child development. In the year1954, the AAPSCD changed its name to the Australian Pre-school Association which does help in achieving the objectives which is associated with providing valuable learning to children and working towards the communities which doesn’t have the development opportunities (Hunt, 2018). It does lead to the development and promotion for the services for the development of child education. Australia has been an early mover towards the development of learning and focused on adopting the practices which could help in development of children by providing the access to learning. The use of kindergarten in the 1900s and then the development of APA do lead to the growth of quality education but it does lead to the problems associated with diversity and needs of Aboriginal children that could made impact on the learning of the student.
 

The involvement of the parents could be considered significant in the growth and development of the children as it does help in managing their interests and help them in monitoring their progress over certain period of time. The parent of the children does help them in identifying the path which is beneficial for their children and could help them in reaching to its full potential while achieving the desired goals and objectives (Boonk et al., 2018). The school does focuses on providing the environment to children where everyone should be treated with respect and dignity while focusing on delivering the knowledge which helps children in learning about new culture and values. An inclusive approach does focuses on ensuring that children development should be continuous without facing any issues and they should be communicated that individual from diverse background should be treated fairly without any discrimination. Within the early days of the childhood learning there is different theories which do help in delivering the knowledge to the students that does involves about the need of education and blended approach is considered as one of the approaches which is utilized of the early childhood education. Blended approach of learning is explained as the process of teaching that is associated with integration of technology and digital media with traditional classroom activities and it does help in providing the flexibility to the students which is beneficial in development of their learning (Gide et al., 2022).
 

The approach of blended learning does help in providing the education with the help of effective technology and does focuses on using such technologies within the teacher’s pedagogical approach (Hrastinski, 2019). For instance, the flipped classroom is considered as the type of blended learning under which lecture materials are provided to the students prior to class and then the class would focus on associating with the exercises under the supervision of the instructor. Within the blended learning, it does focuses on conducting the learning within the online format that could be controlled by the students and does help them in associating with the content while gaining the information which is significant for their growth and development. It does help in developing the learning environment which is favourable for the students and allows them to perform effectively within such environment that is vital for their growth and development. Such style of learning does help in improving the student experience and help students in overcoming their issues while improving the learning of the students and enabling students to learn at their own pace which is significant for their growth and development. Blended learning approach allows delivering the aspects of the face to face teaching and also utilizing the online approaches which could help students in learning about the concepts which is significant for their growth and development. Such concept does allow in delivering the quality learning to the students and help in reaching to their potential. Based upon the curriculum of education, the student does focus on developing their own experience which is vital in their growth and development. Furthermore, teachers does play vital role in the development of the students by focusing on identifying the needs of the students and delivering the knowledge which is substantial for my growth and development (Evans et al., 2020). The curriculum plan development does help in including the activities and events which are beneficial for the students and following such plan does help in keeping them engaged with learning activities and following such plan would help in keeping them focused towards the goals and objectives.
 

It is important within the diverse communities that effective relationship should be made by treating everyone fairly and does help in keeping the people engaged. It is necessary to acknowledge the differences among the community and based upon such differences people should be treated as it could be based upon the gender, race, religion etc. It is important to understand that no behaviour associated with discrimination should be there and the children which are from different community should be treated fairly which could help in growth and development of the student (Gregor et al., 2020). The students should be provided with knowledge which could help them in identifying the differences about right and wrong while ensuring that it could help students in understanding about the life experiences and making the decision which is vital for their growth and development. The implicit bias training does help in developing the place for raising the awareness while teaching about the tools which are significant in adopting the appropriate behaviour. The issue within the society does make impact on the individual and the educational issues across the globe are associated with social, cultural, political and historical contexts. The educational issues in the social context are associated with motivation, poverty, homelessness, parenting, violence and abuse etc. Such issue does make impact on the learning of students and creates the barrier in the education of student (Tagg & Seargeant, 2021). The need of education is vital in the growth and development of the student and does affect their education which could limit them to reaching to their full potential. The students which belong from the different backgrounds are affected by such and would require the resources to overcome such issues which are affecting their education.
 

The education of the children is also affected by the culture and the educational issues within the cultural context is associated with racial and ethical backgrounds as children from different background does face problem in adjusting within the new environment and due to such issues they does face discrimination within the learning environment that affect the learning of the student and affect the morale and confidence of such students in the learning environment (Handford et al., 2019). The society does play role in influencing the education and it does have the issues which are faced within the society that is associated with context of philosophies. Such issues are related to autonomy, individual, society, learning, feminism etc. Such issue does have implications on the students and it could affect their morale and confidence in the long-term scenario. The diverse communities within the Australian environment does face such issues which makes impact on their child education and lead to the negative impact on their growth and development. The Australian and Torres Strait Islander could be considered as such community which is considered marginalized and does face problem which make negative impact on their identity within the Australian environment. The current issues which are faced by the Indigenous Australians is associated with lack of health services, lack of employment opportunities, lack of education in the community etc. Such issue affect their growth and development in the society and does make negative impact on their identity. The impact of such issues can be seen in the children of such community as they are discriminated upon the basis of their background and it does make negative impact on their survival in the society (Felix, 2020). A child which belongs to such community does have different cultural background and they do have lack of understanding regarding the family structure and affect their understanding about their need and preference of the society. 
 

It is important within the society to encourage the education among the children of such community which does help in providing education opportunities to the children and help in increasing the participation of Aboriginal within the educational setting. It is important to understand that inclusive approaches which could be utilized to connect with the community of such children is to promote the education within the  community and help their parents in understanding about need of education for the growth and development of their community and help in developing positive image in the society (Boelens, Voet, De Wever, 2018). The anti-bias approach could be considered effective in developing the image of children of such community in the society. It does help the children of Aboriginal to overcome the issues which are faced by them and make impact on their growth and development. The rights of the children in the society is associated with getting the proper education while ensuring that it should have opportunity of living the good life, enjoying their youth period, living with peace etc. The children of Aboriginal community do not have such opportunity which affects their growth and development of Aboriginal community children. To support the diversity within the classroom, it is important to develop the environment where every student from different background should be treated with respect and focus should be upon developing the self-confidence and awareness among the students which help them in reaching to its full potential (Pineda & Mishra, 2022). The schools does play vital role in development of children by focusing on approaches that could help in overcoming the barriers and promote the education among the communities which are marginalized and does face problems in their growth and development within the society.
 

NQF is known as the National Quality Framework which does help educators and education providers in developing the framework that allows them to be effective while focusing on such framework is vital in boosting the quality of education which is being delivered to the students and ensuring that past approaches should be replaced by newer ones and focus should be upon the providing the proper education to the students (Togher & Fenech, 2020). ELYF which is known as the Early Years Learning Framework that is also associated with the quality education for the learning of children and using such framework for the development of curriculum that could help in developing the path for the growth and development of the children. The families and communities does play vital role in shaping the education of the children as it does help in influencing the outcomes and providing the path to the children for their continuous development (Sumsion et al., 2018). Such framework does help in boosting the early education of the children while focusing on overcoming the barriers which are faced by the children of marginalized communities such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander that could affect their growth and development in the society. The current inclusive approaches within the education is associated with promoting the education among such communities and the children with disability which was taken out of the class due to their special needs are now provided with education that is beneficial in their growth and development.
 

This essay concludes about the inclusive approaches which could be utilized within the communities to encourage the education in the society and understanding about the growth and development of the child by the providing them education. Such inclusive approaches are associated with providing the environment in schools which encourage students from diverse background. Marginalized communities such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander do face such issues which affects their growth and development. Historical approaches associated with the exclusion of disable child from the schools have been replaced and such children are included within the group of children in school while providing them the opportunity to reach at its full potential.
