There are basically four basic principles which are people, prosperity, partnership and peace which are important basic rights for the people.  Prime objective is to end poverty and hunger from the planet and make sure that every human being can fulfill their potential in dignity and equality. This will assist in making healthy environment for the people. For planet, countries need to determine to protect the planet from degradation with the objective to have sustainable consumption. SDGs ensure that all the human begins enjoy prosperous and fulfilling lives to maintain harmony with the nature (Nigg and Nigg, 2021). The agenda of the people is to strengthen global solidarity and focus on achieve common objective. Sustainable development goals are important for every country as this develop sense of care among the community and also increase love and compassion for the society. Through this, integrity of nature and ecological system is secure and save biological diversity.

While operating business, company make sure that natural environment of Marronia should not to be damaged while operating business.

The most relevant SDG for Peta- Marron is to ensure sustainable consumption and production as it allow to develop healthy environment. To achieve the goal, organization need to develop 10-year framework or program on sustainable consumption as well as production. By year 2030, company need to achieve goal set by SDG and make operation self-sufficient like using solar power and green energy for production and logistic (Fukuda‐Parr     and McNeill, 2019). Another objective of this SDG, is to reduce global food waste at the retail and consumer level as well as reduce food waste. In addition to this, it is vital to improve supply chain which help in saving cost and achieve desire objective.

 

The prime objective is to eliminate chemical waste create by the companies during production and make international framework to overcome the problems. However, firm need to minimise the air, water and soil contamination which have adverse impact on human health. Along with this, company need to focus on recycle and reusable approach as this help in preventing business to overcome the problem of waste. This factor encourage organization to adopt sustainable practice to retain in the market for long run. Furthermore, it assists in promoting public procurement and comply with the national policies and prioritise. The SDG support develop countries to strength their scientific technologies capacity to move towards sustainable pattern to make better environment. It also benefits in developing as well as implementing tools to effectively track the sustainable approach which help in promoting local culture and products (Erin, Bamigboye and Oyewo, 2022). However, company wants setup plant in Marronia, which is small country near Asian Mountain. Nation has little industrialization growth as entering in the region will impact on the business. The company require to follow sustainable rules and make sure to provide equal opportunity to the local people (Pournader et al., 2020). It has been identified that, most of the population of Marronia lives under poverty as opening new industry will help in generating employment for the people. It is great opportunity for the local people to have better living standard and it also help country to grow and expand effectively. Another step taken my Peta- Marron is that, make it possible to develop material which is high enough for packaging cookies which help in reducing burden of plastic waste.

In the organization, there should be no human right violation and management need to ensure to that employee follow all the rules and regulation which comes under SDG. For example, not hiring people who are less than 18 as it is direct violation of human right. Another example is Tesla, which produce electric cars and solar panels (Kufeoglu, 2022). The main objective of the company is to reduce carbon footprint from the world by offering clean energy in coming future. The objective of the company is clear and futuristic which meet all the aspect of sustainable development goal. The small country like Marronia, organization need to work together with local people like providing free education to children and hiring the local people. Rather than destroying the natural habitat of the native people, company have responsibility to provide shelter to the people. However, partnership with the local community tends to promote prosperity and help in securing the future of the country. Make minimum use of the natural resources like Cacao farms as instead they can plant more Cacao plants which help them to achieve desire goals. Two stakeholders that would be impact by the proposed action and how it may impact the sustainability of Peta- Marron

The two stakeholders’ impact by the proposed action are employees and supplier as they have to meet SDG goal to sustain in the market. However, this is vital of the management to provide training to the respective employees regarding sustainable goals to meet the objective of the company (Liukkunen,  2021). Decent work and economic growth for the proposed action require in-depth understanding about the environment and make sure that people should work effectively towards growth and development. However, management need to spend more upon research and development programme with the objective to reduce the impact on the stakeholders. To overcome the problem, management require to spread awareness regarding the importance of Sustainable development.

The proposed impact of sustainability has greater impact on the supplier as it become challenging to meet the goal of SDG. This require planning and resources which is complex for various supplier from providing raw material to transportation. Vendor have to make changes in the entire process and ensure to reduce carbon footprint by using electric vehicle, removing plastic and make proper use of resources. In, result it will cost huge amount for the small supplier and it will impact on the entire operation. In the case of Peta- Marron it will impact on the core operation and it became difficult to meet the demand of the company. To reduce the impact, management need to make changes in the internal as well as external environment like offering shelter to native people, creating jobs and provide education to the children. Beside this, company have focus planting more trees of Cacao which help in preventing the environment.
