This app contains good features, it has a better and more elegant design. MoodMission can be accessed through several platforms, these are YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook (Aizenstros et al., 2021). It is free of cost app that supports users in dealing with mood and anxiety issues. This app identifies the problems and helps in improving the state of mind. People find it useful as it provides information on how an individual is feeling (Suciu et al., 2022). The coping techniques described by this app are five minutes walk and five minutes of meditation. David, and supervisor Associate Professor Nikki Rickard, have been involved in developing a smartphone app. This project requires assistance from several investors to design the same kind of app that is Smiling mind. The main objective of this tool is to improve psychological health and well-being. The secondary objective is to empower someone to reduce feelings of depression and anxiety through Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I am Sober app is useful for people who get addicted to substance abuse and this app supports in developing motivation and support (Neale & Bowen, 2022). With the enhancement in tracking and achievements, it supports and motivates people in quitting drugs. This app was created in the year 2013 and was designed by Nick Redmond’s who is Head of Product and founder. The main primary objective of this app is to develop new habits through motivation and to remain sober for a time in a day. It is the best alcohol addiction recovery app. The secondary objective of this app is to understand and form daily habits (McKay et al., 2019).
