• If you choose to cancel the order you’ve placed, before the writers have been assigned by our executives, then you can proceed to order any other academic paper that falls under similar price range, free of cost. But if the writer has already been assigned to work on your paper, then you cannot cancel the order that you have placed. This is because the writer who has already begun writing your paper has to be given a certain amount of compensation.
• While placing an order, you have to make sure that all the necessary details and materials of your paper are provided along with the form. In the unlikely event that your assignment paper gets delivered after the particular deadline specified by you, then we will work on the quality of the paper so that late submission of your academic paper doesn’t affect your grades.
• If you notice that you've been charged twice and received the payment receipt twice for the same academic paper, then you must forward both the payment receipts to our email address to initiate the refund for the extra charges deducted.
• Our website offers a complete satisfaction policy for our potential clients. This means that our experts shall carry out reworks until the students are satisfied. All reworks should be carried out within 31 days of placing an order with us. Our executives will not take any rework request if it’s past one month of placing the order. Neither will you be eligible to receive any kind of refund.
• A wallet refund of 50% of the original amount paid will be provided in the unlikely event that you don’t pass. However, in situations like this, a document that testifies your failure is required to be presented within one month. If you ask for a 50% wallet refund after 30 days have passed, then your request won’t be considered valid.
• Please note that we do not have a policy for a cash refund. In case, you are making a genuine claim, then instead of initiating the refund, our writers shall work on your next academic papers of the same price bracket, for free.
• Kindly note that in case your claim doesn’t fall under any of above mentioned categories, then it will be termed as invalid, and you will not receive any refund for it.
