Order Policies and Guidelines: Your Complete Overview
We advise all our visitors and clients to carefully review the refund and revision policy before placing an order. You must also abide by these policies before requesting refunds and reworks.
- We always try to provide our clients with the best possible service. We delegate specialized experts in your chosen area to ensure you get the best possible essays. However, if under any circumstances, a specialized writer is not available for you, we will do your next order for free. We ensure fairness by providing you with the exact value for your money.
- You can cancel your orders if you want. However, please go through our cancellation policy carefully. You can only cancel before we have assigned any essay writers to you. Moreover, you have to hire another order within the same price range. That way, you don’t have to pay any penalty. However, if the writer gets assigned, you have to pay a price to cancel the order. Please be advised, that our writers start writing on your orders immediately. So, if you cancel after writer allocation, you have to pay a compensation fee to our writers.
- When you are placing an order, please ensure that your form has all the necessary details. This will help us to get back to you once we are done writing.
- We always strive to deliver the essays within the specified deadline. However, in the unlikely event that we do miss the deadline, we won't refund any money. Instead, you can request us to improve the quality of the paper so that late submissions don’t affect your grades.
- If you ever notice that you have twice for your order, kindly inform us at the earliest. Do come forward with the valid payment receipts. Mail the payment receipts to our email address, and we will immediately refund you any extra charges.
- We aim to deliver 100% satisfaction to all our clients. That means you can ask us for reworks as many times as you want. However, please note that all reworks will be entertained only within 31 days of the first date of the order placement. Our executives will not accept any rework requests if it is placed after a month of placing the order. You also cannot claim any refund for the same if you miss the deadline.
- We take limited liability for your results. In the unlikely event of you failing the essay, you will be eligible for a half refund only. 50% of the initial booking amount will be refunded to your account wallet. However, clients must claim for the refunds within a month of getting the result. Your claims will not be entertained if it reaches us after 30 days.
- If your claim is not categorized under any of the conditions mentioned above, it will be treated as invalid, and you won’t get any refund for it.
