Few of the technologies which are used by the organization are cloud storage, business internet and IT services. Cloud storage is one big trend and organizations are using this technology for handing the data needs (Yuan, 2019). Multiple Servers Are Used By Cloud Storage For Storing The Business Data In Virtual Environment In Where Data Of The Organization Would Be Safe And Could Be Accessed From Anywhere. Unreliable and slow internet could be major setback for the business operations, which could affect the productivity of the organization. Upgrading to the business internet with professional provider could help the organizations in bypassing the complications (Hitomi, 2017). Business internet offers numerous plans which are offered that would contour the specific requirements of the organizations. IT plays an essential role in several businesses. For keeping the business functioning to its full potential, IT services are used within the organizations for establishing solid infrastructure.

Technology is used more often for changing the culture or sustaining and reinforcing the culture while there is a turning point within an organization. Retaining employees or difficulty attracting employees or need for incorporating non-traditional employees in organization might trigger need for consciously developing the culture. Organizations might use certain pieces for addressing biggest cultural points. Tech tools to improve culture could be of three sections: employee recognition, listening by feedback or performance management. However, technology is not always required for attaining the improvements of culture. 
 
 
Technology could affect the effectiveness of an organization. Technology could give the organizations advantage of being competitive in the market. In order for increasing effectiveness within an organization, approaches of external resources must be used by the organizations, which means technology should be utilized for managing and controlling the external stakeholders. Technology’s use would allow organizations for improving their services to the customers (Luo & Bu, 2016). Technology’s use would allow the organizations in increasing reliability and quality of the services and products. Technology would allow the organizations in allowing customers for customizing the products. Every benefit of technology would increase the effectiveness of the organizations. Organizational effectiveness could be business strategy which is designed for improving efficiency of organizations without reducing quality of services or the products. 
 
 
International organizations face much more issues than ever, especially when trying to expand the business. Rapid growth is being experienced by these markets. Bureaucracy, licenses, regulations, skilled workers’ availability create barriers in getting and running the business smoothly. Expanding into unfamiliar and new territories is complicated enough without even worrying about IT systems and infrastructure and communications. ICT could be dependent upon for supporting the business (Rothaermel, 2017). There are many major technologies which could help the organizations in running smoothly their businesses. Cloud computing is core enabler for today’s flexible, agile business, making workforces and much more productive and bringing boundaries. For the organization which are globally expanding, key benefits are being brought up by cloud. Cloud’s scalable nature could ramp the operations up and down quickly. Organizations are using their applications through cloud and depend on internet connectivity. Mobile working is also an essential factor which plays a crucial role in global expansion of the organizations.
