Shine Women is one of the agencies of the organisation Bridging the Gap that is focused on providing support to women in Australia baseed on the reqiorement in different locations. It is functioning in Australia and providing support to imprve their abilities and allowing them in identifying their strengths. I have worked in a project of the firm in the Blue Mountains reguion, which was peoviding additional support to women of that area to improive their ability and strength. I have learnt from the priojecyt that the women in the location were facing issues due to the lack of identiofication of understsmding their own strength and evaluiating their own ability. I also learned the prices sof helping others in iodentifying their oiwn ability. It is vital to help others to allow them in identifying their own challenges in maintainiong the strength, which is also able to increase the performance, along with ability. There are several aspects, which have increased my issues in community services while I was working with Shine Wiomen agency. The challenges were increasing due to the lack of services and my knowledge about the support to help women in improving their ability. Thechnology implementation and adoption was another aspect that hve increased my challenbges and affected the overall performance in the Blue Mountains region in Australia. The implementation of technology in the project was ncreasing the expenditure of our agency and affected my perform,ance, as I had reduced knowledge. The lack of services have affected the performance due to the expenditure on providing services and implementing technologies (A Daniell & Kay, 2018). The services with the implementation of technology were getting affected as the project was run for a specific time. Moreover, I have learned the benefits of using technology, along with the way to improve the services. It has als increased my knowledge about the use of technology while providing services to women in the Blue Mountins region. Technological knowledge is vital to improve the performance of our agency in community development services. It has also helpoed me to learn the way to meet the goals of our agency by providing apporpruiate services to the women to improve their ability and strength. I was able to gather knowledge abou the services from the co-workers in the agency, which improved my ability to support the women in the region of Australia.
 

One of the barriers that have affected my learning in understsnding the methods to provide support to the indivisuaks in the Blue Mountains region. I have klearnt the methods from the agency where I was working. The lack of knowledge about the apporpruiate stratwegies and support to the women in that region was drastically affecting my performance in providing community services. I have learned the ways to provide support to women in the Blue Mountains region in Australia. It has helped me to identify the strategies and the level of support to the indivuidualsd in the region to make them believe in ther [potential and strength. I identified that the practices in a consistent manner in able to allow me to increase my performance in providing support to communitie for development. The support to the women in that region has ala helped me to underdtsnd the appropriate way to support individuakls during crisis. My knowledge about the management of crisis has increased with the services of Bridging the Gap and Shine Women.
 
 
There were issues in the sergivces that the women in the Blue Mountains region was facing due io thr lack of apopruate support. I identified that the services in that region by the municipality was one of the challemges, as these were unable to help the women in that rtegion to evaluatr their strength. I was also unable to understand the benefits of additional servies in that region. The gaps in that region regarding the services were unable to fulfill the needs of the women in the Blue Mountains reguion. It has helped me to identity the gaps between ghe previous and the new services to meet the need sof women in the Blue Muntains region. I was able to increase my knowlwdge about the services to increase the ability of individual women in the Blue Mountains region in Australia. It has evaluated the challenges of individuals in managing the operations and internal ethics maintenance in firms. I identified that there were issues in several aspects regarding the services provided by the municipality in the Blue Mountains region. The individuals having proper knowledge and talents are unable to operate and carry out functions due to the lack of opportunities and challenges related to the support provided to the women in the Blue Mountains region by the local government. It has increased the gaps of the services that were provided by the local service providers in the Blue Mountains region (Gomez Beane, 2018). Moreover, it was also increasing challenges for me by affecting their ability to understand due to the lack of opportunities. The service gaps were affecting the abilityofnindividuals in the Blue Mountains region of Australia, which were unablw to increase the ability and strength. We have identified these gaps in the Blue Mountains region and started providing services to the women in that location to improve their strength.
 
 
These gaps were affecting the strength of women in the region, which we have fulfilled by providing additional services and support. The lack of chances and opportunities was drastically affecting the ability of these individuals. The differences in the operations are affecting and increasing issues in the workplace for me to understand their requirements. It has affected the ability of the womenin the Blue Mountains region to understand their goals. Furthermore, they were also unable to meet their personal goals and meet the ability to maintain work ethics by the local service providers, which has also increasd issues. It has allowed in gathering data about the beliefs, attitudes and backgrounds of individuals that are increasing the differences among communities. Women in Blue Mountains region were unable to improve their situation due to the lack of support and work ethics by the local service providers. I also identified that behaviour of local service providers were affecting the women in that region and they were unable to maintain the process. It has affected the services by the agency in that location, which our organisation had fulfilled. The gap was duly affecting the strengths of the women in the region and we have fulfilled that gap through support.
 

I was unable to understand the proicess of providing apporpriate support to the women in the Blue Mountains region. I was unable to help them with apporpriate support and understand their requiremnts. My supervisor and their other members have helped me to identify their requirements. It has helped me to identify the needs of women in the Blue Mountains region, which was essential for me to allow them in understanding the challenges of women. I understood that communicatiin with the women in the Blue Mountains region was another aspect to provide them with apporpriate services. it has helped me to maintain the services. I was guided with apporpriate measures and help from the women in Blue Mountain region due to the support from the supervisor. My supervisor was consistently supporting me regarding the services through feedbacks, which helped me to manage and improve the services.  I was able to understand the goals of the women in the Blue Mountains region due to the help from the co-workers. Moreover, my supervisor also guided me about the aspects that were helpful to increase the services. I was able to manage the services for the women due to the guidance of my supervisor through the use of technology and the fedbacks. These have helped me to understand the ability of women in the region. It has also allowed me to identify the way to provide apporpriate services to the women in that region in Australia to improve their goals and strength.
 

The support I got from the co-workers have imporved my skills on providing services to the women in the Blue Mountains region. It has helped me to understand the benefits of services to the women to allow them in understsnding their personal goals. The feedback of my experienced co-workers have allowed in identifying the needs of women in the the Bkue Mountains region and increase their position, along with ability (Haski-Leventhal, Kach & Pournader, 2019). I was also able to guide the women in the Blue Mountains region to improve their strength with apporpriate support. The guidance and the help from my co-wkrjers has allowed in gaining apporpriate support to the women in that region. I was unable to meet the goals of our agency, which was increasing my chllenges during the project. I have faced challenges due to the communication gap and the lack of stretegies. The guidance of my supervisor and the co-workers have helped me to overcome the challenges and improve the overall performance in that project. I have properly provided support to the women in that region and helped the women in the Blue Mountains region with additional support to improve their strength, personal goals and ability. It has helped me to manage the services and increase the goal setting ability of women in the Blue Mountains region. I have gained opportunities to increase the strength of women in the region with apporpriate services by the help of my supervisor and co-workers. It has allowed me to understand the apporpriate services to support the women in Australia’s Blue Mountains region.
 

I have increased my knowledge about the services to the women in the Blue Mountains region with the guidance of my supervisor and co-workers to identify the services and the benefits to the women in the Blue Moujntains region. It has helped me to understand the challemnges of women in the Blue Mountains region with the help of technology. It has helped me to identify the reguirements of women in the Blue Moountains region in Australia. I have impirved my knowledge in the project. It has helped me to increase personal growth and the ability to help them in increasing their strength. It has helped me to identify the requiremnts of providing apporpriate servi es to the women in the Blue Mountains region, which has helped me to identify the benefits of supporting communities with additional services. The services have helped me to understand the ways to mitigate the challeges that I was unbale to meet the needs of women in the Blue Mountains region. It has helped me to understand the needs of women in the Blue Mountains region. It allowed me to idenmtify the strength of women in the Blue Mioujntains region. It was essential to allowed me to identifdy the additional services and the ways to maintain the services for the women, which I have allowed me to identify the strength of women in the Blue Mountains region and heped me to maintain the services in that region to allow them in increasing their strength with apporpriate services. I was able to increase my knowledge about my ability to manage the services for the women in the region. It has helped me to understsnd the ways to provide apporpruate services to manage them and help in providing apporpriate services to increase their strength.
