The video explains an incident about poor customer service that has occurred in the United Airlines where a passenger’s guitar has been severely damaged by the staff members (Sons of Maxwell, 2008). My first reaction to this video is that it is effective and unique in providing customer feedback. This video proves how negative reviews and feedback through social media can affect the organizations.

Similar video has been observed on poor consumer service of United airlines in 2018. It has been observed that the staff have violated the ethical policies by forced deplaning of a passenger (McCombs School of Business 2018). A cartoon illustration has been done against the incident and this also shows the effects of negative review and feedback. 

Social media effectively allows a startup business to build an adequate and highly meaningful relationship with the consumers and helps startup and small companies in knowing their consumers. An effective fanbase and adequate positive review feedback can improve the market position of small companies rapidly which creates a major challenge for large business organizations (Kumar and Nanda 2019). Different new traffic avenues are generated with the help of social media that influences consumers on buying more products.
